Co-Hosting and Teams
Hosting teams organize selected vehicles and store vehicle-scoped co-host permissions while the primary host remains the owner and account of record.
Prelaunch: Listings remain private and live trip operations are closed. Team setup is available for hosts preparing their fleet.
Create a team
- Open Teams in the host workspace.
- Create a team and give it a name.
- Assign vehicles owned by the primary host.
- Invite a co-host by email.
- After the invitation is accepted, set their status and vehicle-scoped permissions.
The current web interface does not invite co-hosts by phone number.
Current permission keys
The team owner can store these permissions:
- Trips
- Pricing
- Availability
- Claims
Permissions work together with team status and assigned vehicles. They do not grant ownership, move payouts, or expose unassigned vehicles.
Current web limits
The current co-host web workspace provides team and assigned-vehicle visibility. Operational workflows remain owner-managed unless a specific product surface has been wired to its matching permission.
Guest-message access remains participant-based and is not granted from the team permission editor. The current editor also does not offer separate messaging or handoff permission switches.
Manage access
The owner can:
- Change vehicle assignments
- Update the four permission keys
- Suspend or restore an active co-host
- Cancel a pending invitation
- Remove a co-host
Who remains responsible
The vehicle owner remains financially and compliance-responsible for the listing. Payouts stay connected to the owner's payout account, the booked plan snapshot governs each trip, and team access does not transfer the obligations in the Host Terms.
